These flowers do not disappoint. They make the summer landscape colorful and fragrant. And they last a long time too. As beautiful as they are, they are relatively easy to propagate and care for. All one needs is a bulb planted in the required depth. It will almost certainly sprout and grow and flower, and then come back the next season with more of them. My only complaint about these lilies, the plants only bloom once in a season. I suppose, one just can't have too much of a good thing.
Thank you for visiting. :-) Your comments are more than appreciated and welcome (even if sometimes it takes me a long time to respond).
Those ARE pretty and I actually had some last year. Since this is probably a seasonal post I'll say it must have been in my Valentines bouquet. It's not hard to count how many times I got flowers last year Stopping by from Melomomma.
Peace of soul comes to those with the right kind of anxiety about attaining perfect happiness, which is God. A soul has anxiety because it final and eternal state is not yet decided, it is still and always at the crossroads of life. This fundamental anxiety cannot be cured by a surrender to passions and instincts; the basic cause of our anxiety is a restlessness within time that comes because we are made for eternity.
If there were anywhere on earth a resting place other than God, we may be very sure that the human soul in its long history would have found it before this. ~ Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen
